is this web hosting or vps??

BW 400gb <-- clearly oversold
ram 2gb <-- no ram on a web hosting plan

VPS...
disk 200gb <-- is this oversold?
BW 400gb <-- no where near enough good enough for a vps...
ram 2gb <-- is this burst?
cpu 2.53ghz　x4 <-- dual core or what? more details?
CentOS Apache <-- what if customer wants to choose?

so is this a vps or a web hosting plan? either way i look and within seconds feel oversold, so i would say about $2??? what do you think?

If you looking for shared hosting means it cost will be $5-$12, But VPS it might go up to $25.

if u are in urgent then godaddy is the best option and they having good reputation in market.
